Alligator & Wildlife Discovery Center 12973 Village Blvd Madeira Beach, FL 33708 (727) 329-8751 Visit Website Step into the heart of nature and witness the power and majesty of some of the most fascinating creatures on the planet. For example, Barley the pig is diabetic and cannot be in the sun. Unfortunately, 95% of our animals are pet surrenders and would not survive outdoors due to the Florida heat and other factors. The animal enclosures are cleaned several times a day, but it is impossible to keep up with Guinea pigs who poop 300 times a day! We have dedicated animal care team members and curators who work diligently to maintain cleanliness and ensure the well-being of the animals on a daily basis. It is important to note that our center strives to create a safe and healthy environment for all our animal residents as well as our guests. We take all feedback seriously and are committed to providing the best possible care for the animals in our center. We are sorry to hear about your negative experience at our wildlife center.
